Travelled from Grande Prairie Alberta to Mackenzie BC. to stay with my friend Steve and Bernie (Bernadette).They both work and live in Mackenzie at the Ministry of Forestry. It has been 8 years since I last saw Steve. The trip was spectacular. We went through BC towns of Dawson Creek and Chetwynd. In Dawson Creek we got a picture of mile zero on the Alaska highway. The evening at Steve and Bernies. We enjoyed a Coho Salmon barbecue meal and celebrated Steve's 56th birthday and after dinner we took a walk to Mofee Lake and saw the worlds largest tree crusher. Yikes this would be disturbing to all my tree hugger friends.
